Booking Requirements
A minimum booking of 10 guests is required. Events with fewer than 10 participants may still be reserved by paying the applicable 10-guest minimum.
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance and final guest count are due seven days before the event.
The final balance is based on the confirmed guest count. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend. Products may be prepared for absent guests upon request.

Travel within 20 miles of Sumter, South Carolina, is included.
Additional travel fees apply:
● 21–40 miles: $50
● 41–60 miles: $100
● 61–90 miles: $175
● More than 90 miles: Custom quote
Parking fees, tolls, overnight accommodations, and venue-related fees are not included and may be added when applicable.

Host Responsibilities
The event host is responsible for providing:
● A suitable indoor venue
● Adequate tables and chairs
● Access to electricity
● Access to water
● Food and beverages
● Cups, ice, and serving supplies
● Alcohol service, when applicable
Good Vibes Aesthetics does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol. Guests consuming alcohol must meet all applicable age requirements.
